Upon receipt of approval for bulk sampling and pilot mining of the kimberlite dikes and pipes, YDMC began mobilizing funds, equipment procurement and related logistics for the its most desired program. In June 2022, the Company managed to secure some funding and equipment procurement and started the excavation of overburdens and underlying eluvium on top of the kimberlite dikes. At least 3500 m3 of kimberlite eluvium was excavated and stockpiled for processing by the end of the reporting period.

During the extension period, YDMC began a Mini-bulk sampling operation that will continue to the next reporting period. Nevertheless, the activities carried out during this period were mainly devoted to the evaluation of the Camp Alpha kimberlite system that was designed to be carried out in three parts:
- A mini-bulk sampling of the uppermost humus layer;
- A systematic bulk sampling of the relatively soft alluvial horizon; and
- Bulk sampling of the solid kimberlite.
During this period, YDMC executed the mini-bulk sampling program following activities that included the installation of the smaller of the two washing plants at which time 22 tons of the SL dike eluvium and ~10 tons of the terrace gravel was washed (Fig.11).

Current & Future Plans
YDMC is going to continue Bulk Sampling in the Camp Alpha area. Geological analysis has ascertained the existence of multiple kimberlite pipes in the YDMC Tenement. Each of these areas need to be sampled.
